Easy online ordering, beautiful arrangement! Delivered right on time for my friend home from the hospital, same day. Only suggestion is to provide a space for "asks" regarding flowers/greens. I don't like "fern" and I should have found a way to note that on the order: "no ferns." But that is very minor. Laura
